What can we Repair?
We can repair most types of damages to your unit. We can repair dropped units, damages to the
cord and casing, units with no or intermittent power, etc. Units with water damage or units
used overseas may also be repaired. In the rare case that your unit is un-repairable, we will offer a refund less
shipping, or replacement units at a small additional cost.

How long will it take?
Our turn around time is 3 days from the date of delivery of your package (barring any exceptions). Return shipping by
UPS Ground takes between 3-5 business days. You may request expedited shipping at an additional fee. Parcels to PR,
HI and AK are delivered 2nd Day Air. Parcel to Canada are delivered USPS Global Priority Mail and takes between 5-7
business days.
What are my payment options?
Our payment methods are by money order (cashier's check) or by credit card. Sorry, we do not
accept personal checks.
